Amazing bed, clean bathroom and climate control, multi-channel television and a seating area in the room. Location adjacent to shops and the main square of Palenque and Mexico for the past 6 weeks.

the staff was ready to assist, nice people. we spent 2 nights in absolutely fantastic and gorgeous deluxe room with very comfortable bed. climate control, tv and a writing desk were a very nice touch. the service was nice, that made the hotel stylish and stunningly beautiful place.
Even though the staff we met were indifferent, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

The staff at Casa 5 Bed & Breakfast were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and store our bags after check-out. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The breakfast served was sufficient, with fresh fruit and tasty juice. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the town plaza but on a quiet street. I had a great experience at Casa 5 Bed & Breakfast and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the center but far enough that the noise does not reach the hotel. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy some fresh air. The staff provides excellent service and pays attention to detail. The breakfast selection includes butter and jam, making it a delightful start to the day.
All aspects of this hotel were top-notch, nothing to improve.
